Submitting an ordinary customer inquiry does not automatically enroll you in a recurring automated SMS marketing program.

6. Acceptable Use

Ranchers Mobile Storage offers an optional SMS notification program for authorized Ranchers Mobile Storage personnel.

Program Purpose

The Staff SMS Alerts program sends operational notifications to authorized Ranchers Mobile Storage personnel when new inquiries are submitted through the Ranchers Mobile Storage website.

Messages may include information submitted by a prospective customer, such as:

  • Customer name
  • Customer phone number
  • Customer email address
  • Requested service
  • Inquiry message

These notifications are used to help Ranchers Mobile Storage respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Website visitors submitting storage inquiries are not automatically enrolled in the Staff SMS Alerts program and do not receive automated text messages through this campaign.

Enrollment and Consent

Only authorized Ranchers Mobile Storage personnel may enroll in the Staff SMS Alerts program.

An authorized staff member enrolls by providing a mobile number through the Ranchers Mobile Storage Staff SMS Alerts enrollment form and affirmatively agreeing to receive recurring operational text notifications.

The SMS consent checkbox is separate, voluntary, and unchecked by default. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

After enrollment, an authorized Ranchers Mobile Storage administrator may add the staff member’s mobile number to the internal notification system.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the number of website inquiries received.

Participants should generally expect approximately two to three messages per week, although the actual number may be higher or lower.

Message and data rates may apply.

Wireless carriers may charge participants according to their individual mobile plans. Ranchers Mobile Storage is not responsible for charges imposed by a wireless carrier.

Opting Out

Participants may unsubscribe at any time by replying:

After an opt-out request is processed, the participant will no longer receive messages through the Staff SMS Alerts program unless they enroll again.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery may be affected by wireless service availability, device settings, network conditions, carrier filtering, and other factors outside the control of Ranchers Mobile Storage.

Mobile Information

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be provided to service providers only as necessary to operate and support the messaging program. These providers are not authorized to use that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
